Plan the Job is a team of dedicated professionals experienced with a large spectrum of construction work. We have experience with hands-on management of, and plans preparation for jobs including vertical construction, horizontal construction, and marine construction as well as environmental remediation, including projects as small as minor fuel leaks to projects for very large scale Superfund (CERCLA) remediation.
Vertical construction includes single story and multi-story building construction and hospital construction; horizontal construction includes road building, railroad building, airport runway construction, and multi-use port construction; and marine construction includes dredging, large, commercial berth construction, boat ramps, military pier and facilities construction, public boat ramp and facilities construction, and large commercial breakwater construction as well as smaller public use breakwaters.
More often than not plans can be completed remotely and there is no need for our plan professionals to be present at the work site. If, however, our client prefers that we visit the site or if no one on site is available to answer questions that may require visual inspection of the work site, we can make arrangements to come to the project site.
Our goal is to be your full service plans professionals. This is to say that you instruct us on what you need and from there we will take your clients requirements along with the project plans and specifications and build your required project-specific plans from the ground up, have them approved by your client, and hand them off to you on schedule and on budget ready to use.
