How It Works
Pricing & Quote: How Does It Work?
Pricing is a two step process on your part. The rest is up to us.
- We'll need you to send us your Project Specifications. Upload files on our DROP BOX.
- Complete a Quote Request so we know what your parameters are.
Your quote request will be matched to the Spec Info you uploaded to our drop box. A Project Manager reviews the specs and project requirements with our Plan Writers. A quote will be emailed to you within 24 - 48 hours. If you choose to move forward, we begin the Writing Process (see below).
Writing Process: How To Get Started
To begin the process, we need your approval and vested interest.
- Remit a Purchase Order (P.O.) & remit a small retainer fee.
- We will ask you for company specific information which is integral to getting the job done right. You will be emailed a page where you can easily provide all your project information right away and we will get started!
When we get your project information, your plans will be prepared to project specifications, customized with high level graphics, and packaged to completion. At the same time you review the first draft, our quality assurance folks will comb through every detail to make sure it is right. We incorporate your comments (if any) and it is ready for your customer. The whole process can happen in as little as two (2) days or on our standard turnaround of 11 working days.
Our process is seamless: These plans are prepared as your project plans. As such they will also look like they are your plans, not ours. For all practical purposes, we are a part of your team and our logo does not appear on the plans unless you want it to.
If Comments return, we respond to them for you. We may ask for your input if necessary but you don't have to sweat it. Our job is not complete until you receive approval. For the next 365 days, we also provide minor maintenance on plan changes. Consider us your Plan Writing Department.
