Q: How long does it take for you to complete plans?
A: Depending on the season and the amount of contracts awarded, our typical turnaround for plans is 7 - 16 working days. However, if you need them by a specific date, or in are in a rush, let us know
Q: How much does plan preparation cost?
A: It varies and is based on the complexity of your project.
On average, plans preparation for a project valued at less than $500,000.00 will usually require a minimum of 25 hours for our experienced staff to initially complete. The price of the plans include the following services:
1. Reading and thoroughly reviewing all of your project specifications;
2. Communications with you to collect all relevant project information;
3. Formatting and customizing plans to fit and reflect your company;
4. Preparing technical details of the plan for your project;
5. Preparing professional graphics for your plan;
6. Project quality assurance review;
7. Internal comment resolution (with your company);
8. Client comment resolution until the plans are approved; and
9. One (1) hour per month of plans maintenance for the subsequent 12 months.
At the bottom, the minimum investment will reflect a great deal for the professional quality plan you will receive. Questions you may want to ask yourself while considering our services:
How much time do you have to prepare plans and get the project started?

A: YES, we can usually turn your plans around very quickly. Let us know when you need them and we will work around the clock to get them to you if necessary.
Q: How are you able to deliver plans to me in 2 days?
A: We can deliver plans quickly because we have the staff, format, and expertise to get them done. Also, we are willing to put the time in that it takes to make it happen. Ask us what we are willing to do and our response is, Whatever it takes!
A: We have a standard format that we work with but every project is unique and we take the time to get it right.
Q: Do you use cookie cutter templates?

A: Like everything else in life, it is time, expertise, and professional customer service.
Q: Do you have al la carte services?
A: Yes. We only offer al la carte if specifically requested. As a rule our plans are thorough and comprehensive.
Q; How will you address our rejected plans?
A: It depends on the nature and circumstances of the rejection. If they are plans that we prepared, we will work with you to ensure comments are addressed and plans are resubmitted as quickly as possible. If you prepared the plans and want us to address the rejection, we will determine (with you) the best approach to responding.
Q: Would it be more cost effective to work with the rejected plans we submitted and "fix" them or must you create a new plan from scratch?
A: It depends on the extent of the comment. In many cases, it is more cost effective to prepare new plans from scratch.
Q: How do you handle comments and feedback?
A: We always assume you or your client comments are valid and we adjust the plans to addresss the comment.
Q: Why do you not provide an average cost for a plan on your site?
A: Every situation and plan is unique. We try our best to give you the best price available for every single plan.
